I had ordered a 3d printer from Amazon for my business. We are closed Mondays and usually couriers see the bright green sign on the door stating our hours. When parcels arrive on a Monday, they are usually put back on the truck and brought back the next day. But not today. Today, it was left on Albert Street unattended. Needless to say by the time I got the email notification and rushed to the store, it was gone. I called Dynamex and was told it wasn't their problem and to call Amazon. They sent me a picture of my parcel on the ground outside my door in front of my closed store, with no lights and a locked door. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

Always a friendly and quick delivery when I'm expecting a package sent from Amazon. When I see my stuff sent via Canada Post, I cringe. I've had no issues thus far with my experience with Dynamex. Since I get my orders to a good" neighborhood I don't mind them just left out of the mailbox or on the step or at the side door. One time I did get a package sent to my parents who live in the "hood" and it was left on the step but my dad got home before anyone would snag it. That's my only complaint would be to drop it inside the outside door

One of the couriers thought the hood of my car was where a parcel should be left. This is not only begging for my stuff to be stolen, but the person apparently slid the box along my hood leaving scratches which required a detailer to correct. The courier said they would compensate me but then stopped replying to me and their customer service team has yet to contact me about this. I am now out $100 and I didn't even choose this courier.

Never got my package, called them to ask if they had it. Nope, just gone somehow and apparently this is not the first time for anybody who happened to have the misfortune of having Dynamex as their delivery service. If you see this company pop up on your order, contact the company and ask for them to use someone more reliable.FYI: I was also told the drivers are under no obligation to knock on the door, call you, or leave a note. Awful service, if I pay for express shipping it is because I want/need the items in the time I paid for them to be here.I wish Regina had better choices than purolator and dynamex for delivery.

I've had several issues with this company. Most recently they didn't buzz my apartment and left my package outside. I called the next time, offered to pick it up and was told I couldn't. They said the delivery guy would come the next day between 7-8 and call first. This time they didn't ring my apartment and left a note on amazon saying it was an undeliverable address. And they noted that at 11:38, not between 7-8. I've emailed Amazon. I would wait for packages for an extra week if it meant I didn't have to deal with Dynamex.

A courier service that won't let you pick up your order, how are you guys even still getting work?My Amazon package came in on Friday, attempted 3 times, said they'd call as I don't have a working buzzer at the apartment currently, called once and didn't bother to again.They sent the package back to sender the following Monday morning. Amazon has de-prioritized this carrier from my account. Super happy to hear about that!Update: Got a call this morning, they are there to deliver the package, the girl I spoke to on the phone said they sent my package back that morning. By this time I already had it being reshipped. Get you're sh*t together.

I had so much trouble dealing with them through amazon. Ive never had issues ordering online till this company. They didn't call knock or anything! My packages said it was delivered at my apartment 2 big boxes and they actually weren't. No respect.

I will be alerting IKEA, that the Dynamex outsourced call centre is relaying misinformation to IKEA customers who have paid for pick up service for their packages. With this being my first pick up order, from IKEA, I called to inquire if I needed to bring assistance to load my order into my vehicle. I had a heated discussion with a Dynamex call centre agent who insisted my package WOULD NOT be released to me….I would receive it only when it was delivered. I advised repeatedly that I had opted for pick up service, reading verbatim the text I had received that my package had arrived for pickup and I was instructed to bring govt ID and copy of my order confirmation, which also stated package was to be picked up. He would not listen and was very rude and condescending that I would challenge what he was telling me. I had enough sense to go to Dynamex pick up, in Regina, where my package was waiting, with my name and “for pick up” tag on it. Perhaps Dynamex needs to invest in training call centre agents properly, especially with regards to customer service. I will relay this whole experience to IKEA so they are aware how their customers are being treated and whether it’s in their best interest to have Dynamex serving their customers. I must stress that the staff at the warehouse were very courteous and polite when I arrived to pick up my package. My negative experience was with the call agent, at the call centre. Melinda Nelson

To anyone reading, be sure to contact amazon and tell them you do not want these people delivering your packages. They will do their best to ensure Dynamex never handles another package. Terrible excuse for a company. Will deliver at weird hours in unmarked vehicles and no uniform. They don't bother knocking or ringing the door bell. I have been sitting at the window, and watch them out the package by my door and take a picture of it without even as much as yelling delivery"... many times I have been home to find that my package was sitting outside for hours."

I have had trouble before with trying to get my parcel from this company, so this recent time when amazon told me that my parcel is going to be delivered through them, I called them to give very specific instructions as to which number to call, when to deliver, etc. The guy who answered assured me that my parcel was going to be delivered the same day before 9pm. So I waited. NO ONE CALLED, NO ONE CAME. NO PARCEL DELIVERED, NOT EVEN A NOTE. So I called, but their office is closed.I called again the next day, no one answered the phone, apparently it was a Saturday so they don't have anyone at their office.On Sunday I checked my amazon again and it says that my parcel is BEING RETURNED!!! IT HAD ONLY BEEN 2 days since it was here! I did not know ANY OTHER delivery company which does not leave delivery notes or wait for a full week before returning a parcel to the seller.Why does this company even exist? Obviously no one there cares about their customers.Please stop using this company's service and support other delivery companies. This one does not deserve your time, your money or any trust.
